
Zeidan refrigeration co. is one of Jordan’s leading Ice Cream, Snack and Confectionery manufacturers.
First established in the late 1960, as a small proprietorship, rebranded with its recent logo and identity in 1973, which gained strength as the years went by. It kept on adding the novelty of products, to its ever-growing products line, and the most advanced technologies in producing it.
The business concept adopted by Zeidan refrigeration co. has always been to provide its customer with high quality innovative products. The operation shall provide favorable and stable profitability.
Based on cost effective and environmentally appropriate process, the company’s product line is a comprehensive product range designed to meet our customers extremely complex tastes, with a tremendous ability to adapt rapidly to the changing market requirements.
Zeidan refrigeration co. produces ice cream: cones, lollies, cups, etc…; as well as wafers, chips, plain biscuits and chocolate enrobed biscuits. Our famous brands to name but few include the finger: Al-Sanafer, Cortina wafer, Surprise, Rambo, etc… Each one of these has its own success story to tell.
Setting standards rather than following them, our motto, the quality-policy adopted, is the one that has only aimed our customer mind: The Satisfaction.
Achieving this can only be done through a philosophy of customer oriented corporate culture. A culture that is based on training personnel to get a feeling for what the customer needs, applying strict safety and health rules and carefully selecting suppliers to us who share our understanding of quality assurance. It will only be an illusion if our suppliers were not part of this. Hence clear specifications has been agreed with them. In regular supplier audits, we check that these specifications still meet the quality demands made on us by our customers.
Since august 2000, the company has a new management team. This transfer of management into a new young and knowledgeable team is expected to enhance and elevate the future success of the company. The new management relies on the outstanding achievements of its members, company’s personal and the increased operational effectiveness. Therefore, the new management believes that our path is a clear one: we must think more globally and act systematically on a local basis.
